Eatz Terms and Conditions outline the rules for using our food delivery app across Tamil Nadu. By downloading, registering, or placing orders, you agree to these terms, ensuring smooth service for all users.
You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. Provide accurate details (name, phone, address) – false info may suspend accounts. You're responsible for order accuracy; wrong addresses mean no refunds. One account per user; sharing violates terms.
Orders are binding once confirmed. Prices include taxes but exclude delivery fees. We estimate times (e.g., 30 mins) but can't guarantee due to traffic or prep delays. Payments via UPI, cards, or wallets are secure; failed transactions are your responsibility.
Delivery partners handle logistics – accept them as Eatz agents. Leave orders contactless if preferred. Report issues within 30 minutes via app. We partner with licensed Tamil Nadu restaurants only; quality is their responsibility, but we mediate disputes.
No abusive behavior toward partners/restaurants – leads to bans. Don't tamper with packaging or tips. Respect delivery zones (Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, statewide Tamil Nadu only). Promotions/deals have limits; fraud voids them.
Eatz isn't liable for allergies, food quality, or delays beyond control (weather, strikes). Max liability: order value. Use app at your risk; we're not responsible for device issues.
Cancel pre-prep for full refund (minus fees). Post-prep cancellations: 50% charge. We may adjust orders for shortages.
App content, logos, and features are Eatz property. No unauthorized copying or commercial use.
We may suspend/ban for violations without notice. You can delete your account anytime.
Tamil Nadu/Indian laws apply. Disputes resolved in Tiruppur/Chennai courts.
Changes Updated Feb 2026 – check app regularly. Continued use means acceptance.
