Eatz ensures hassle-free returns and refunds for a worry-free food experience across Tamil Nadu. Our policy prioritizes quick resolutions for order issues like missing items or quality concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply to undelivered orders, wrong items, or poor quality (e.g., cold biryani or spoiled food) reported within 30 minutes of delivery. Non-refundable cases include consumed food, delivery address errors, or no-show pickups. Full refunds cover order value minus delivery fees; partial refunds (50-80%) apply to partial issues.

To Request a Refund

Open the Eatz app and go to "My Orders." Select the issue (e.g., "Missing dosa" or "Late delivery") with photos if possible. Submit within 30 minutes – our support team reviews in 15-30 minutes and processes eligible refunds instantly to your original payment method or Eatz wallet.

Processing Time

Refunds to wallets are instant. Bank cards/UPI take 5-7 business days (bank-dependent). Delivery partner cancellations before prep get full refunds in 24 hours.

Delivery Guarantees

30-Minute Promise: Full refund + free delivery on next order if late.
Temperature Check: Cold food? Instant remake or refund.
Hygiene Issues: Full refund + complaint to restaurant.

Exclusions

No refunds for taste preferences ("too spicy"), parking delays, or third-party payment failures. Multiple refund abuses may suspend accounts.
